Barra De Navidad, La Manzanilla & Tenacatita

If you are looking for lively nightlife, with a large choice of restaurants and bars, Barra De Navidad could be just the place for you. Barra is located approximately 2km from Melaque, and has a wonderful main square. Follow the main street for a romantic evening walk to the Malecon while watching the beautiful sunsets.

If you prefer a more laid back atmosphere, the small picturesque town of La Manzanilla fits the bill perfectly. Approximately 30 mins from Melaque, yet without the hustle and bustle of the aforementioned town. This place really is small town Mexico.

For the more adventurous, why not try Tenacatita? The wonderful beach and snorkelling here are second to none.
