It is an older hotel, but is kept nice and clean and is very secure. The owner was the first North American to own a hotel in the area.

This hotel is located on the main street in town Avenida Gomez Farias #9 and is right next to the beach. This property has bungalows and rooms available. All units are equipped with AC, fans, TV, fridge, and have lots of hot water. The bungalows have their own kitchens. There is a number of communal kitchens undercover in the foyer for the use of the client's in the rooms. This Hotel has been completely rebuilt since 1995 and has been very nicely redone. Service is exceptional and friendly as it is run by a nice Mexican man and his family, Sr. Augustine Gonzalez. He has 34 units in total and is a very popular place for both North Americans and Mexicans alike.
