This hotel/resort was opened 2 years ago and is located at Camino al Conchero #1. They have eighty villitas & rooms, with a choice of 2 & 3 bedrooms. It is in a very quiet area along the east side of the Barra Lagoon. This is a bird watchers paradise, and you will also see other native wildlife. This is relaxation at its best if that is what you are looking for during your stay in the area.

These bungalows are brand new this year, and are located in Tenacatita just a 1/2 block from beach. They are owned by Sr. Jesus Mendoza and run by his son Jose. They have 14 single rooms (1 double bed) & 4 double rooms (2 beds). Rooms have TV's, and all have bathrooms with showers. Twelve of the rooms have AC, the rest have overhead fans. Landscaping should be finished for the 2007 season.

There is also 1 smaller unit with kitchen, bathroom, and a queen size bed. The entire place operates on solar power.
