• Service Fee
• A one-time per booking 10% non-refundable service fee is payable at time of booking. This fee will not be charged again if stay is extended while staying at the hotel. This fee may be waived for agents, depending on the complexity of the booking.
  
• A $45.00 CDN non-refundable financial transfer fee is charged upon each booking where monies must be transferred to Mexico.
  
  Cancellations
• If cancellation, prior to arrival, occurs for any reason, the following terms apply.
  
• 46 days or more prior to 1st day of booking: $200.00 or 10%, whichever is greater is non-refundable.
  
• 45 to 22 days prior to 1st day of booking: 50% of total package cost including taxes and applicable service and financial fees is non-refundable.
  
• 21 days or less prior to 1st day of booking: 100% of total package cost including taxes and applicable service and financial fees is non-refundable.
  
  Payment
• Full-payment of the booking is due 90 days prior to first night of arrival. Up to 90 days prior full payment is due.
  
  
• Payment will be accepted by certified check, bank draft, telephone transfer, or money order . Bookings are only confirmable when payment is received.
  
  
• A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for booking.
  
  
• All the above applicable non-refundable fees apply no matter how small or large the booking.
  
  Accommodation Rates
• Accommodation rates are subject to change without notice, and are not guaranteed until paid in full. Increases or decreases in rates may be due to a season change, a change in the rate of exchange or a decision on the part of the hotel owner.
  
  
• Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to fluctuation of the Mexican exchange rate.
  
  
• Rates are based on double occupancy and any change in this status of the room occupancy will reflect a rate change and may incur a change fee.
  
  Legal
• Small Town Adventures Mexico provides accommodations only, pre-booked from Canada. Any further travel arrangements made, are not the responsibility of Small Town Adventure Mexico.
  
  
• Small Town Adventures Mexico is not responsible for lost articles such as tickets, baggage, cash or credit cards.
  
  
• Small Town Adventures is not responsible for any customer’s medical well being.
  
  
• Accommodation only is guaranteed.
