Melaque and Barra De Navidad have a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants. Owned by a really nice Mexican lady who speaks perfect English. Great breakfasts & live traditional dancing one night a week on the terrace.

Turn right one block from Bigotes and carry on for a further two blocks before turning right again.

Hugely popular taco stand just off the main square in Melaque. Taco Surf has an extremely friendly owner who speaks great English. Everything is available here from various flavoured tacos, quesadillas, gringas, sincronizadas etc. All are served on fresh handmade tortillas. Not to be missed!
